IRP

International Registration Plan, better known as Apportioned Plates, is an agreement with US & Canada. Once the truck is registered, you pay a fee in every state you travel through. The fee is based on a percentage of miles in each state. Registration is determined by your base state. IRP is filed annually, exact due date varies.
